Customers may upload custom designs for production. You must own the rights to any content submitted or have permission to use it. Trademarked, copyrighted, or infringing material is strictly prohibited. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely for fulfilling your order.

Intellectual Property

All original designs, product images, branding, and content on this site are the exclusive property of MurcMerch LC and/or its contracted artists and are protected under U.S. copyright laws.

Customers do not gain ownership or license to any intellectual property by purchasing products. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of our content without written permission is prohibited.
 

Discounts, Credits, and Promotional Offers

Only one discount, credit, coupon code, promotional offer, or courtesy adjustment may be applied per order unless otherwise approved in writing by MurcMerch LC. Discounts may not be combined, stacked, transferred, or applied retroactively after an order has been placed or an invoice has been issued. MurcMerch LC reserves the right to determine discount eligibility and to correct, remove, or deny any discount applied in error. Unless otherwise stated in writing, discount offers are valid for 10 calendar days from the date issued.

Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the customized nature of our products. Returns are not accepted unless approved upon review. Exceptions may be made in cases of damage, incorrect items, or defects.

To request a review, please contact us at contact@murcmerch.com within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence and a detailed explanation.

Shipping & Delivery

• Average production + delivery time: 5–7 weeks, depending on order size and complexity

• We offer international shipping

• We take full responsibility for delays or lost shipments and will keep you informed in such cases
   

Order Tracking Visibility

Order tracking information may remain visible on the website Order Tracking page for approximately 60 to 90 days after delivery. After that period, delivered orders may be archived or removed from active customer view. MurcMerch LC will continue to retain applicable order records, paid invoices, and shipment documentation internally for record-keeping purposes.
 

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and may include applicable taxes. Sales tax is collected in the State of Georgia. We accept payments via integrated platforms available through our Wix-based site (platforms may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, or others). We reserve the right to modify prices or billing terms at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MurcMerch LC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or products purchased.

Supplier Access & Confidentiality

MurcMerch LC does not provide direct access to our suppliers, factories, or manufacturers. This policy protects our proprietary supply chain, vendor relationships, and intellectual property. Supplier identities, factory names, factory locations, and sourcing channels are considered confidential and will not be disclosed to customers or third parties under any circumstance.

Supply Chain Transparency

While we do not offer full supply chain disclosures, MurcMerch LC verifies its suppliers directly and only partners with vendors who demonstrate an understanding of, and commitment to, international labor standards. We prioritize working with facilities that operate in alignment with ethical labor practices and uphold compliance with relevant laws and global guidelines.

Quote Validity and Price Changes

All quotes, estimates, price sheets, and pricing communications from MurcMerch LC are valid for 10 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated in writing. After that period, pricing, material availability, production costs, shipping costs, timelines, and minimum order requirements must be reviewed and confirmed before an order or reorder is accepted. Previous pricing, email discussions, or reorder references do not guarantee future pricing for non-contract customers unless confirmed in writing by MurcMerch LC at the time of order placement.

Certifications

Some suppliers we work with may hold certifications such as WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production), SA8000, or Fair Trade Certified. However, MurcMerch LC is not obligated to obtain or provide certification documents, audit reports, or third-party verifications to any customer or third party. Certification status and documentation are handled internally and may be subject to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) or restricted use.

Code of Conduct

MurcMerch LC maintains an internal Code of Conduct that prohibits the use of child labor, forced labor, or exploitative working conditions.
